Our thanks go to Mark Russell and players from Wisewood Juniors FC for arranging their own Santa 5K in January after our December one had to be cancelled due to the snow. They raised over £1000, well done!
The February award goes to Steve Rogers for approaching Tesco and arranging for a grant of £2000 from the Tesco Charitable Trust, thanks Steve!

We are very grateful to Angela and Jim for their extremely generous donation of £2500 to us this month.
Thanks go to the Rogers family who held their 180 party and asked their guests to donate to Amy's Retreat rather than buy them presents. So far a fantastic £1700 has been donated. Just to explain, the Rogers family have many reasons to celebrate this year - silver wedding anniversary,
both mum and dad reaching 50, and their children reaching 21, 18 and 16 - all adding up to 180!!
Andy Neil and Julie Evans asked their wedding guests to donate to Amy's Retreat rather than buy them presents, and so far we have received £1050!
