We are the proud parents of Amy Hall who battled with cancer for three years. Amy tragically died on the 2nd of February 2000 at the age of five.

Amy's Retreat is our charity, set up to allow families with children suffering or recovering from cancer to take a much needed break and give them quality time away from day to day routines.

The families we help live in the Trent Region and the holidays are arranged through a referral system in conjunction with staff from Sheffield Children's Hospital.

We went through tough times during Amy's period of illness and came to understand the importance of family life and being together. Much of our time was spent at a holiday home in Prestwick, Scotland, and it is our intention to build a holiday home near to Sheffield, as a haven for the families, and to be called Amy's Retreat.
